How do I receive my Product Key?
We provide your product key in a text format shown on screen, after your order confirmation, and we also send this direct to the email provided during checkout.
How quickly will I receive my product key?
Our free delivery system allows for instant and automatic allocation of your Product Key. Once the customer makes payment (and passes any fraud checks) the Product Key will be provided on screen and sent to their email account. This ensures delivery of the product key within minutes, at any time of the day.
What is a License/Product Key?
A License/Product Key is the serial number or product code that activates a product. This is usually a combination of numbers and letters.
Refunds & Returns
As the items offered on our store are digitally delivered these would not be subject to Distance Selling Regulations and we cannot accommodate order cancellation, returns, modifications or exchanges.
Refunds & Replacements
Once a purchased software package has been purchased, activated or an activation has been attempted through the Microsoft site the package becomes none refundable. We are unable to provide refunds as we cannot add a product key back in to our stock once purchased due to on screen and digital delivery.
Please note, we will only issue a replacement on defective Product Keys.
We cannot issue a refund if a customer has purchased the wrong product.
eg: A customer purchases a windows software package for a Mac machine.
Due to the nature of the product and Digital Delivery, once ordered the product key will be shown on screen and emailed directly to you. As we are unable to stop this process and be unable to re-use this unique Product Key, as soon as you have purchased your item this would become none refundable and you would be unable to cancel your order.
If the software package is defective and/or cannot be redeemed/activated through the Microsoft website even after receiving assistance from our technical support team (Via Email/Live Chat), we will issue customers with a replacement. Please note that exchanges are only available within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will be credited back to the credit/debit card that customers used to place their order, refunds are processed from our platform immediately the time taken to credit to the customer depends entirely on the customers card issuer and/or bank account.
